If you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery, and our friendly team will assist you every step of the way.

For refunds and reprints, we may ask for a photo and, in some cases, return the item so that we can make sure whatever has made you unhappy about your order is rectified moving forward. If a return is required due to a confirmed fault, we’ll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. Since our products are custom-made and printed just for you, we’re unfortunately unable to accept change-of-mind returns. This policy also doesn’t apply to general wear and tear, ageing, or damage from regular use over time. For returns not related to a product fault, a small return shipping fee of $7.95 may apply.
