Need a proof before we print your order?
You'll always receive a digital proof for approval before we print. Once approved, we'll do a quick test print and send you a short video of the sticker in good lighting so you can see exactly how it looks. You can request up to 3 changes to the proof at no extra cost. Borders will only be added if they’re needed to make your design work.

If you know that your stickers will come in contact with chemicals please be mindful to test a small area of the sticker prior to putting it in place, or using the chemical to clean the surface. Some chemicals (such as methylated spirits or rubbing alcohol) may cause damage to your sticker.

Can I get a different size?This product is set to a fixed 6cm x 6cm size, but if you need something slightly different, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to give you a custom quote.
Can I upload any shape?Yes, as long as it fits within the 6cm x 6cm space, we will fit your design shape within the 6cm x 6cm space.
What if I don’t have my design ready?No worries. Just choose “email artwork later” at checkout and send it through to sales@brightstarprints.com.au when you're ready.
What happens after I place my order?Once your order is confirmed, we’ll run a test print of your design and send you a short video showing the actual sticker under good lighting. This helps you check the print quality, colour, and finish before we proceed with your full order.
Will I get a proof before printing?Yes. You’ll receive a digital proof by email within 1 business day. This shows how your sticker will be cut and printed. You can request up to 3 revisions free of charge.
Will my sticker have a border?Not always. We only add a white border if it’s necessary to improve the cut or visibility of your design. If your artwork looks better without one, we’ll leave it as is. Our team will make sure it looks right either way during the proofing stage.
